Software Development Manager, CORS

The CORS (Compliance Operations Rapid Solutions) team develops C-Ops Assistant, a browser extension designed to make the job of thousands of Amazon employee easier and more productive by providing quick access to all the tools and information they need in a single web page.

We’re looking for a Software Development Manager who is passionate about user facing applications and enjoys working in a global environment. You will lead a team of engineers towards implementing the next milestones in our long term product vision. In order to succeed you will need to have great intuition and act as a business owner - Amazon teams run like businesses giving you the control to run things the way you see fit, allowing you as a manager to be responsible for your team top to bottom. You’ll have a team of brilliant engineers to help you deliver but you’ll get to roll up your own sleeves and dive deep as well. We’re interested in someone that can not only lead and mentor a great new team but also help us create a fun environment in the process.
