Senior Software Development Engineer - Ring AI Data and QA Automation

Join the Ring AI Data and QA Automation team in Gdańsk - Poland as a Senior Software Development Engineer. In this role, you will design and implement AI validation frameworks and data coordination tooling that power Ring's AI features.

You'll leverage the latest generative AI models to build automated validation systems, develop scalable data collection and annotation pipelines, and help establish the foundation for continuous testing across Ring devices.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI validation frameworks for automated testing of Ring device AI features
- Build data coordination tooling for collection, annotation, and auditing workflows that support ML model development
- Implement continuous testing solutions for initiatives including device onboarding validation, hardware stress testing, and internationalization testing
- Create scalable automation frameworks that improve testing coverage and reliability across the AI feature portfolio
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, quality standards, and testing strategies
- Contribute to technical design decisions and help establish best practices for the team

About the team
We are a tech and ops team within Ring AI, focused on two key areas: Continuous Testing and Data Coordination Tooling. We deliver continuous testing for new device onboarding while building the tooling that powers Ring's AI/ML initiatives. We bring a proactive, can-do mindset to everything we do and work closely with stakeholders across Ring to drive testing, reliability, and data quality at scale.

The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.

The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 28,866 monthly.
