Content Producer - Horizon Worlds

As a Horizon Worlds Content Producer you’ll be working with a talented group of industry professionals and the community helping to empower our creators and ensure success with our tools and services. Content Producer - Horizon Worlds Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Meta development teams to capture tool requirements and align on how to generate appropriate educational content for the creator community
  • Creation and deployment educational content (in the form of demo worlds, asset templates, tutorial documentations and video)
  • Building relationships with creators and sharing knowledge in how to design and build compelling worlds and games through playtesting, feedback, and open discussion
  • Help to maintain and grow a healthy and engaged community, sharing important messages, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and moderating/managing potential conflict
  • Supporting partnering teams with creator activities such as competition judging, game pitch evaluations, and build reviews from contracted partners
  • Monitor and moderate community activity in all channels
  • Working with the community to identify, triage, and report bugs or other issues
  • Work with events managers to promote community relations
  • Opportunity to get involved in livestreams, online, and real life events
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience with making 3D content using OOP scripting and 3D assets
  • Track record demonstrating clear and influential communication skills across teams of stakeholders
  • Experience in a community management role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of videogames, and the fundamentals of game design
  • Enthusiasm for user-generated gaming platforms and game development education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Horizon Worlds creation
  • Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications, or related field
